Final payment charged 14 days prior to arrival. Additional person rate : Add $40-80. No charge for children under 12 Cancellation policy : Fully refundable 21 days (2 Jan-17 Dec) advance notice. Reservations cancelled after deadline will result in forfeiture of 3 night deposit. No shows for ANY travel dates will be charged three (3) nights room rate. Check In after 3pm & Checkout by 12 noon Tax & Gratuity : Island Tax and Tourist Tax 21% is not included in rates above. Christmas Terms and Conditions : Minimum of 7 night stay between 18 Dec–1 Jan.
