| Payment terms : Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Reservations for Christmas/New Years (19 Dec-4 Jan) require a minimum stay of 7 nights. Cancellations MUST be received by the 1st Nov to ensure the return of the deposit. Deposit & Final Payment Requirements : Three nights deposit required to confirm reservation. Final payment charged 30 days prior to arrival. Additional person rate : Add $85. No charge for children under 2 years. Cancellation policy : Fully refundable 30 days advance notice. Reservations cancelled after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit. Check In 3pm & Checkout by 11am Tax & Gratuity : Island Tax (11%) and Tourist Tax & Gratuity (10%) is not included in rates above. Christmas Terms and Conditions : Minimum of 7 night stay between 19 Dec–5 Jan. (NO CHRISTMAS DAY check-in). Three nights deposit required to confirm Christmas reservations – final payment due 1 November. 3 night penalty cancellation if cancelled after 1 November and for early checkouts or no-shows.
