| Payment terms : Visa, Master Card & American Express Minimum Stay : 3 nights. Deposit & Final Payment Requirements : Three nights deposit required to confirm reservation. Final payment charged 45 days prior to arrival. A key and security deposit is required in the form of a credit card imprint upon arrival. Additional person rate : Add $35. No charge for children under 12 Cancellation policy : Non-refundable 30 days advance notice. A 10% administration fee is levied to all refunds. Travel insurance is recommended. Reservations cancelled after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit. Check In after 2pm & Checkout by 11am. Tax & Gratuity : Island Tax and Tourist Tax 21% is not included in rates above.
