Payment terms: Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Deposit & Final Payment Requirements: Three nights deposit required to confirm reservation. Final payment charged upon arrival. 25% deposit for Christmas with final balance due on 1 November. Additional person rate: Add $100. No additional charge for children under 12. Cancellation policy: Fully refundable 15 days advance notice (3 Jan-17 April) and 8 days advance notice (18 April-18 December)
Fully refundable 22 days advance notice (3 Jan-9 April 2010) and 8 days advance notice (10 April-17 December 2010). No shows will be charged three (3) nights room rate. Certain black-out dates and restrictions during peak times apply. 5 night minimum stay between 19 Dec-2 January 2010. Reservations cancelled after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.
