Terms and conditions:
| Payment terms : Visa, Master Card & American Express Minimum of 7 night stay between 15-18 Feb and 29-31 March. No arrivals permitted 19-22 Feb or 1-3 April. Christmas/New Year's Policy (18 Dec-7 Jan 2011). For new reservations only there is a 7 night minimum stay : must be made with 50% credit card deposit at the time of booking. Full prepayment must be received by 31 October. The deposit is forfeited to cover cancelled or altered night(s) of a reservation, for instance late arrival or early departure. Early departure fee: An early departure will result in the forfeiture of the entire balance of the stay or a three night penalty, whichever is shorter. Deposit & Final payment Requirements : Three nights deposit required to confirm reservation. Final payment charged 7 days prior to arrival. Additional person rate : Add $50-$85. No charge for children under 12. Cancellation policy : Fully refundable 30 days advance notice. The deposit is forfeited to cover cancelled or altered night(s) of a reservation, for instance late arrival or early departure. Check In 3pm & Checkout by 12 noon Airport transfers Tax & Gratuity : Island Tax (11%) and Tourist tax and Gratuity (10%) is not included in rates above. Rooms are not pre-assigned and are as per request only. We do not guarantee buildings, floors, or room numbers All Rates/Terms are subject to change without notice. Hurricane Policy : In the event of an official evacuation order, the Palms will not penalise any guest for any unused nights. You would receive a voucher valid for a future stay for the same # of nights equivalent to the original reservation (max 7 nights). ie Book a 7 night stay, evacuate on day 4. You do not pay for unused nights AND will be presented with a voucher for a 7 night future stay. In the event of a hurricane warning, the Palms will waive cancellation penalty and either refund or change reservation to a future date. |
