Payment terms: Visa, Master Card & American Express. Deposit & Final Payment Requirements: 3 nights required to confirm reservation.
4 January-11 April deposit is refundable if cancelled 21 days prior to arrival. Final Payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.
12 April-19 December deposit is refundable if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date. Final Payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Between 18 December-4 January deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. No show will be subjected to 50% penalty of the full stay. Additional person rate: Add $25. No additional charge for children under 18. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults. 7 night minimum booking during Christmas and New Year period 18 Dec-4 Jan. Cancellation policy: Fully refundable 30 days advance notice. Reservations cancelled after deadline will result in forefeiture of deposit. Check In 4pm & Checkout by 11am. All late checkouts (after 11am) will be charged $75 - NO exception Tax & Gratuity: Island Tax (11%) and Tourist Tax & Gratuity (10%) are not included in rates above.
