All of our ocean view and courtyard garden rooms look onto our lush gardens. Unlike many properties where 'garden view' is really a code-name for 'parking lot view' - our gardens are part of the charm of our small Caribbean hotel.
Courtyard rooms have easy access to Grace Bay Beach and lower-level courtyard rooms have their own sitting area directly in the garden.
Upper level balcony ocean view rooms enjoy the view of the ocean beyond the garden courtyard. The Apartment and Premier Beachfront rooms look out directly to the ocean.
Sibonne will not accept children under 12 during the Winter months.

| Payment terms : Visa, Master Card & American Express. Minimum of 3 night stay between 6 Jan-14 April. Minimum of 7 night stay between 21 Dec–5 Jan. Deposit refundable if cancelled prior to 1 October. NO CHRISTMAS DAY check-in. Payment Requirements : Full balance is charged upon departure. Additional person rate : Add $45. For children under 12 years add $35 Cancellation policy : 6 January-14 April - 21 days prior to arrival or be charged 3 nights. 15 April-20 December - 14 days prior to arrival or they will be charged 3 nights. 21 December-5 January - 1 month prior to arrival or be charged for entire stay. No shows - will result in full forfeiture of entire stay. One (1) nights deposit for stays six (6) nights or less. Check In 3pm & Checkout by 11am Tax & Gratuity : Island Tax (11%) and Tourist Tax & Gratuity (10%) is not included in rates above. Rooms are not pre-assigned and are as per request only.
