| Payment terms: Visa, Master Card & American Express. Deposit & Final Payment Requirements: Three nights deposit + local taxes required to confirm reservation. Final payment charged upon arrival. Additional person rate : Add $254. Children under 12 are free (max 1 child per unit) Cancellation policy: Fully refundable 14 days advance notice 1 June-31 Oct and 30 days for all other Seasons. Reservations cancelled after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit. A 3 night minimum stay is required at all times. A 5 night minimum stay is required during 12-17 Feb; 30 March-7 April; 23-30 November 2010. 10 night minimum during Christmas 21 Dec-4 Jan. Check In 2pm & Checkout by 11am Half Board (3 course dinner per person per day - Adult $121/Child under 12 years $60) and Full Board (3 course lunch and 3 course dinner per person per day- Adult $188/Child under 12 $97) supplements (excluding beverages) available. Tax & Gratuity: Island Tax (11%) and Tourist Tax & Gratuity (10%) is not included in rates above. Rooms are not pre-assigned and are as per request only.
