The hotel is divided into 2 separate sections for discerning travellers of all tastes includes: the adults-only Hotel area with private restaurant, bars and swimming pool in addition to the family-friendly Villas with their own restaurant bar and pool.
Designed for Luxury Living - space, light and exclusivity make The Estate residences extremely desirable. Housed in two six-story buildings with only 2 units per floor, these condominium residences each enjoy a corner position with breathtaking views from wraparound terraces. Thanks to the resort's original position on Grace Bay Beach, the units will be within steps of the beautiful white-sand beach and the turquoise water for which the island is known.

| THERE IS A DRESS CODE in The Anacaona Restaurant during main season for men of long pants and collared shirt. Payment terms : Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Minimum stay of 5 nights required in high season - 10 nights required over Christmas. Deposit & Final Payment Requirements : Three nights deposit required to confirm reservation. Final payment due upon departure (except Christmas) Additional person rate : No children under the age of 12 years allowed at the Hotel. Cancellation policy : Fully refundable 30 days advance notice. Reservations cancelled after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit. A 3 night non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required 12/18-4/15 Check In 3pm & Checkout by 12 noon. Tax & Gratuity : Island Tax (11%) and Tourist Tax & Gratuity (10%) is not included in rates above. Rooms are not pre-assigned and are as per request only.
