| Payment terms : Visa, Master Card & American Express Minimum Stay : 3 nights. Deposit, Final Payment & Cancellation Requirements : Three nights deposit plus tax required to confirm reservation. Final payment due upon arrival. Deposit is fully refundable 60 days prior to arrival. A 3.5% OR $50 credit card processing fee will be charged on all cancellations. Christmas Terms and Conditions : (NO CHRISTMAS DAY check-in). 50% deposit required to confirm Christmas reservations 20 Dec-4 January 2010. Fully refundable before 1 September after which time the remaining 50% will be charged and all monies will be non-refundable. A credit card processing fee will be charged on all cancellations. Additional person rate : Add $70. No additional charge for children under 10.
