Description: Located near the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, Tamarind Bay Condos overlook one of the finest beaches in the Caribbean, and the crystal clear waters of the Cayman Islands.
Our luxurious condos were designed and decorated for comfort and relaxation, and consist of two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, den, full kitchen facilities, living and dining area, and a spacious screened patio overlooking the beach.
Spend the day in a lounge chair on the beach, or escape from the sun under a beach umbrella. If it gets too hot, cool off in the sea or in our freshwater pool. We have barbeque facilities on the beach, and you can cook outside as you watch a magnificent Cayman sunset. If you need to expend some extra energy, go for a run on the beach. Excellent shopping and restaurants are within walking distance of the condos and you're sure to find some great buys.

Terms and conditions:
Payments terms : Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express. Minimum of 3 night stay. Minimum of 7 night stay between 22 Dec–3 Jan. Final payment due 45 days prior to arrival. Deposit refundable if cancelled prior to 1 October. NO CHRISTMAS DAY check-in. Deposit & Final Payment Requirements : Three nights deposit required to confirm reservation Dec 22-April 12 and One night April 13-Dec 21. Final payment charged upon arrival.
Holiday Bookings : Full payment required 45 days prior to arrival/7 nights deposit kept if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival.
Winter Bookings : 3 nights deposit which is kept if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Summer + Shoulder Bookings : Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 1 night deposit. Additional person rate : Add $25. No additional charge for children under 12 Cancellation policy : Fully refundable 30 days notice. Reservations cancelled after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit. Check In 3pm & Checkout by 12 noon. Tax & Gratuity : Island Tax (10%) is not included in rates above. Rooms are not pre-assigned and are as per request only.
