| Payment terms : Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express. Minimum of 3 night stay. Minimum of 7 night stay between 18 Dec–8 Jan 2011. Deposit refundable if cancelled prior to 1 October. NO CHRISTMAS DAY check-in. Christmas surcharge of $50 per night in all room categories for Christmas 18 December-8 January 2011. Deposit & Final Payment Requirements : Three nights deposit required to confirm reservation. Final payment charged upon arrival. Additional person rate : Add $15. No additional charge for children under 12 years. Cancellation policy : Fully refundable 30 days advance notice. Reservations cancelled after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit. Tax & Gratuity : Island Tax (10%) and Tourist tax & Gratuity (5%) is not included in rates above. Rooms are not pre-assigned and are as per request only.
