| Payment terms : Visa and Master Card Minimum of 3 night stay. Minimum of 10 night stay between 20 Dec–5 Jan. 50% deposit is required to confirm with full refund made prior to Nov 1st, no refunds afterwards. NO CHRISTMAS DAY check-in. Additional surcharge of $100/day between 20 Dec-5 Jan. Deposit & Final Payment Requirements : Three nights deposit required to confirm reservation. Final payment charged upon arrival. Additional person rate : Add $20. No additional charge for children under 12. Cancellation policy : Fully refundable 90 days advance notice. Reservations cancelled after deadline will results in forfeiture of deposit. Check In 3pm & Checkout by 12 noon. Tax & Gratuity : Island Tax (10%) and Tourist Tax & Gratuity (6%) is not included in rates above. Rooms are not pre-assigned and are as per request only.
