Cayman is located in the middle of the Caribbean Sea a short one hour jet flight from Miami. The tip of a submerged mountain, Cayman is surrounded by dramatic, world famous drop offs that are beloved by divers. The Grapetree-Cocoplum property is ideally located at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, a short walk from downtown, duty-free shoppings and fine dining restaurants. |

Terms and conditions:
| Payment terms : Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are taken to hold reservation. Payment by personal check is then required. Deposit & Final Payment Requirements : Three nights. Final payment due 45 days prior to arrival by personal check. Additional person rate : Add $25. No additional charge for children under 2. Cancellation policy : Fully refundable (minus $50 processing fee) Dec-April 30 days and April-Dec 21 days advance notice. Reservations cancelled after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit. Check In 3pm & Checkout by 12 noon. Tax & Gratuity : Island Tax (10%) and Tourist tax & Gratuity (6%) is not included in rates above. Rooms are not pre-assigned and are as per request only.
