| Payment terms : Visa, Master Card & American Express. Minimum of 3 night stay. Minimum of 7 night stay between 15 Dec–2 Jan. Deposit refundable if cancelled prior to 1 October. NO CHRISTMAS DAY check-in. Deposit & Final Payment Requirements : Over three nights - 50% deposit including local taxes required to confirm reservation. Final payment charged upon arrival. Additional person rate : Add $20. No additional charge for children under 2 years. Cancellation policy : Fully refundable 60 days (Dec 15-April 30) or 30 days (May 1-Dec 14). Reservations cancelled after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit less 4% service fee. Check In 3pm & Checkout by 11am. Tax & Gratuity : Island Tax (10%) and Tourist Tax & Gratuity (6%) is not included in rates above. Rooms are not pre-assigned and are as per request only.
