| Payment terms: Visa, Master Card & American Express. Minimum of 3 night stay. Minimum of 7 night stay between 19 Dec–15 Jan 2010. Deposit refundable if cancelled prior to 1 October. NO CHRISTMAS DAY check-in. Deposit & Final Payment Requirements : 50% of TOTAL deposit required to confirm reservation. Final payment charged upon check-in. Christmas stays (19 December-15 January), balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Additional person rate : Add $50. No additional charge for children under 2. Cancellation policy : Fully refundable 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.
