Terms and conditions:
Payment terms : Visa, Master Card & American Express. Minimum of 3 night stay. Minimum of 7 night stay between 15 Dec–3 January. NO CHRISTMAS DAY check-in. Christmas deposit refundable if cancelled 90 days prior. Deposit & Final payment Requirments : Three nights deposit required (including 16% local taxes) to confirm reservation. If arrival is in the same month as the booking, the full payment is due. Final payment charged upon arrival. If arrival is within cancellation period (30 days), full payment is required. Additional person rate : $35 20 Dec-19 Dec and $65 20 Dec-3 Jan 2011 No additional charge for children under 3. Cancellation policy : Fully refundable 30 days advance notice. Reservations cancelled after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Tax & Gratuity : Island Tax (10%) and Tourist tax and Gratuity (6%) is not included in rates above. Rooms are not pre-assigned and are as per request only.
